Daily care for our grapes applied using the best agricultural methods gave birth to our wine, which powerfully reflects the majestic simplicity of its surrounding - from the shade of its grapevine that relieves the heat of the Cuyo sun to the sparkling snow atop the Andes on the horizon.

Brief Glossary of wine design of our wines:
Blend: Assamblage.Composition of different grapes.
Passes: Different harvests performed on the same plant as it matures. In each harvest only a few grapes are harvested, leaving others on the vine to fully mature.
Tails: Southern hemisphere of the cluster. The lower section. Has a particular level of acidity, concentration of sugars and anthocyanins. Harvested first for freshness, lower alcohol level and subtle colors.
Shoulders: Northern hemisphere of the cluster. The upper section. Stay a little longer on the grapevine to achieve a more concentrated wine with moderate acidity and intense colors.
Stowage: Time in the bottle. Bottled 1/3/2011.
